  • Our 45 minute, action oriented session is designed to help navigate resources, services, and next steps through life’s toughest challenges.

    Clinicians will work with you to provide guidance and case collaboration after an unexpected life event.

  • A 6-12 week short term stabilization program, providing focused support after a major life, or mental health related crisis.

    Clinicians will work with you to rebuild routines in your daily life and understand your individual needs to maintain mental wellness.
