Therapy for Survivors of Domestic & Intimate Partner Violence
You deserve support that goes beyond surviving.
Experiencing abuse can change the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Even after the relationship ends, you may find yourself questioning your experiences, struggling to trust, staying constantly on guard, or trying to figure out who you are outside of what happened.
Therapy can provide a space to make sense of your experiences, rebuild trust in yourself, and begin creating a life that feels like your own again.

You get to decide what healing looks like.
Therapy at The Crisis Collective is trauma-informed, collaborative, and centered around your choices. You won't be pressured to leave a relationship, disclose more than you're ready to, forgive someone, confront someone, or process experiences before you feel ready.
We'll work together to understand what's happening, identify what you need, and support you in making decisions that feel right for your life.

No. You can begin therapy whether you’re still in the relationship, considering leaving, have already left, or aren’t sure what you want to do. Therapy is a space to explore what you’re experiencing without judgment or pressure. You get to make decisions about your relationship at your own pace, we’re here to support you along the way.

That’s okay. You don’t need to have a label for your experience before coming to therapy. We can explore what happened, how the relationship affected you, and what you’re experiencing now without pressure to define it a certain way. Your experience is worth talking about, even if you’re still making sense of it.
